sweet and very nutty tasting! You can
eat these cookies during breakfast and dinner.
Tahini Oatmeal Cookies
Ingredients:

1/3 cup birch-based xylitol
·
10 tablespoons tahini
·
1/2 cup chopped nuts (Phase 3 permitted nuts)
·
1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
·
1/2 teaspoons nutmeg
·
1/8 teaspoons sea salt
·
1 cup gluten-free oatmeal
·
1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
·
1 egg
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven up to 350 degrees
Fahrenheit. Meanwhile, grind the xylitol in a blender until it becomes fine
powder.
2. Mix all the ingredients very well
until they are well blended.
3. Drop heaping tablespoonfuls of
cookie dough onto a cookie sheet.
4. Bake the cookies for 10 minutes or
until the edges are slightly brown.
Tahini Oatmeal cookies recipe will
yield 20 cookies. For the serving size or healthy food portion, you can eat 2
cookies in Phase 3.
