gain weight than lose weight

are the tips to stay our metabolism on fire:
- Always eat whithin 30 minutes of waking
- Keep stress levels under control
- Drink water half your body weight, in ounces everyday.
- Eat your snacks and don't skip meals.
- Eat a lot of fruits and veggies.

I too am following the FMD to a tee. Or I thought so. I am just now looking to be sure the food I am going eat is listed in the correct phase. I have made a few mistakes by assumption. I have about a 100 pounds to lose. I am one day from finishing week 2. I have lost 11 pounds. I am 60 years old and disabled from a car wreck 2 1/2 years ago. I am so excited. I can not to the correct exercise for phase two. So far, I am loving it. But you have to be willing to chop fresh vegetabkes.
