Things to Do to Avoid Skipping Meals
When we started our fast metabolism diet journey, we are often overwhelmed on the amount of food we need to eat every day. We are used into only having 3 meals per day and we limit our food intake due to the routine we practiced in traditional dieting. Eating 5 times a day with a handful of food portions seemed too much. Because of this dilemma, we are tempted to skip meals. However, if we need to achieve desired results we must follow this golden rule: not skipping meals. How can we follow it and stick to the plan without getting overwhelmed with the amount of food we're eating? Here are the things you can do to avoid skipping meals.
